Konto löschen
Dein Fotett-Konto lässt sich vollständig löschen — in der App sofort, ohne App über eine E-Mail an uns.
1. In der App — sofort und vollständig
Öffne „Profil → Konto & Einstellungen" und tippe ganz unten auf „Konto löschen". Die Löschung passiert unmittelbar; es gibt keine Wartefrist und keine Rückfrage per E-Mail.
2. Ohne App — per E-Mail
Schreib uns an kontakt@lensclash.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir bearbeiten das als Löschverlangen nach Art. 17 DSGVO und melden uns, sobald es erledigt ist — spätestens innerhalb eines Monats.
Damit wir das richtige Konto treffen, nenne bitte deine Konto-ID. Sie steht in der App unter „Profil → Konto & Einstellungen → Erweitert". Hast du dein Konto mit Google verknüpft, genügt auch die E-Mail-Adresse dieses Google-Kontos.
Ohne eine dieser Angaben können wir dein Konto nicht zuordnen — und wir löschen kein Konto auf Zuruf. Ein Konto entsteht in Fotett ohne Anmeldung; sein Ausweis ist ein Schlüssel auf deinem Gerät. Genau deshalb steht auf dieser Seite auch kein Formular: jeder, der eine fremde Kennung abliest, könnte damit sonst ein fremdes Konto löschen.
3. Was gelöscht wird
- dein Konto und dein Spielername
- alle Karten, Decks, Spielstände und Guthaben
- deine Kampfhistorie und die Kämpfe, an denen du beteiligt warst
- deine verschlüsselten Originalfotos und Karten-Artworks
- die dazugehörigen Schlüssel — ohne sie sind die verschlüsselten Bilder auch aus einer Sicherung nicht mehr lesbar
- Sitzungen, Kontoverknüpfungen und die Push-Kennung deines Geräts
4. Was bleibt
Nichts, was auf dich zeigt. Was ohne Personenbezug weiterläuft, sind Betriebsdaten in aggregierter Form (etwa Tagessummen über alle Konten) und gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bei Käufen — die betreffen Rechnungsdaten des Stores, nicht dein Spielkonto.
Der Schlüssel auf deinem Gerät bleibt ebenfalls: er gehört dem Gerät, nicht dem Konto. Wer löscht, spielt beim nächsten Start mit einem frischen Konto weiter.

Delete your account
Your Fotett account can be deleted completely — instantly in the app, or without the app by emailing us. The German version above is the authoritative one.
1. In the app — instantly and completely
Open “Profile → Account & settings” and tap “Delete account” at the bottom. Deletion happens immediately; there is no waiting period and no email confirmation loop.
2. Without the app — by email
Write to kontakt@lensclash.de with the subject “Delete account”. We handle it as an erasure request under Art. 17 GDPR and reply once it is done — within one month at the latest.
So that we delete the right account, please state your account ID. You find it in the app under “Profile → Account & settings → Advanced”. If you linked your account with Google, the email address of that Google account is enough.
Without one of those we cannot identify your account — and we do not delete accounts on request alone. A Fotett account is created without signing up; its credential is a key on your device. That is also why this page carries no form: anyone who read someone else's identifier could otherwise delete a stranger's account.
3. What gets deleted
- your account and your player name
- all cards, decks, progress and balances
- your battle record and the battles you took part in
- your encrypted original photos and card artworks
- their keys — without them the encrypted pictures cannot be read from a backup either
- sessions, account links and your device push identifier
4. What remains
Nothing that points to you. What continues without any personal reference is aggregated operational data (such as daily totals across all accounts) and statutory retention duties for purchases — those concern store invoice data, not your game account.
The key on your device stays as well: it belongs to the device, not to the account. After deleting, the next start begins with a fresh account.
